Data protection law
Zora Healthcare Pte Ltd is a Singapore company and is bound by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. When we support employees in other markets, local data protection law applies as well, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
